ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE PERMIT INFORMATION
The Fulton County Alcoholic Beverage License Ordinance requires that no alcoholic beverages may be manufactured, distributed, sold by the package or sold by the drink for consumption on the premises, in the unincorporated areas of Fulton County except under a license granted by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. Businesses located within municipalities must obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Licenses from the city or town where the business is located.
Applications are processed by appointment through The Fulton Police Department located at:
